Smt. Kusum Sharma is an Educationist, a Philanthropist and former Senior Government Employee, who is also the founder of the two decade old education NGO ‘Shailley’. Her vision of quality education with minimal complexity is the vision of all the institutions functioning under this NGO. Mrs. Sharma has served the Indian Government as Senior Officer for more than twenty years. She opted out to continue serving the nation in a different capacity. Only this time it was as a full time social worker. Famous for the inception of highly energetic chain of educational institutions in the National Capital Region, she is known for her commitment and enthusiasm toward the cause of education dissemination.
