Psychologist

She has a double Masters in Psychology from the University of Susses, United Kingdom and Ambedkar University. Kavya is also a distinguished Psychology Honuors alumni of Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University. Her research work has not only been published in reputed journals and magazines but also given our organization tremendous ability to steer our pedagogy in the right direction. Her work focuses on Transforming Education through Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and Responsive Education Systems for teachers and learner’s mental and psychosocial wellbeing. She is responsible for setting up and implementing staff counselling services for all Green Valley Academy Group of Institutes. These include how to manage stress (at work and at home), Resilience Building, Self Care, Stress Management, Prevention and Burnout etc. 

She has been a part of this institution working full time and part time since years, upgrading our methods of teaching, enhancing the abilities of our teachers to understand child psychology and bringing latest educational changes in the world to our doorstep through her constant engagement. .
